Fine Foods who operate 5 butcher shops as well as wholesaling to over 150 food service outlets. We require a premium article for our premium markets and we know that Letts genetics are up to the task.

We offer full feedback to suppliers as to their lamb's performance even to the point of consumer reaction and can even assit you in your future ram choices based on what we find out.
